and hello since I haven't blogged in awhile.
D is in Australia volunteering with
Sea Shepherd and I'm in Salt Lake trying to finish up things at work and get the house ready to sell and/or rent. Currently the bathroom is the main project, and boy is it a pain, but the kitchen also needs to be painted and the house needs to be generally organized and cleaned up. A lot of work, but I'm still finding time to bike and climb.
In fact, I just bought myself a road bike, a 2004 raleigh capri. I got it used for $600, which was a steal since it had less than 300 miles on it and the components are completely 105. It's a sweet little bike and I'm having a lot of fun riding it. Although, I'm cursing my pedals at the moment since I need to change them and they're on so tightly I'm going to have to take it to a bike shop. Screw. Part of the reason I learned how to be a bike mechanic was so that I wouldn't have to pay someone else to do stuff!
I would post pics of the bathroom and the bike, except D has both the cameras with him. I should just use my phone instead. Maybe for the next post.
